TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/ SHIPPING
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Once an animal leaves our facility, it has been exposed to new environments, care standards, and potential pathogens. At that point, it has no resale value to us because we can no longer ethically re-list it with the same health and care guarantees we offer for animals raised entirely under our supervision.
Because of our strict quarantine protocols, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless explicitly covered under one of our guarantees (such as live arrival or sexing, where applicable). Sending an animal back without prior approval does not entitle you to a refund. Doing so will be considered a forfeiture of both the animal and the money paid for it.
Please read our full Terms of Service before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms outlined on this page.

SHIPPING
Shipping PolicyFree Hub Pickup
- Shipping is FREE for all orders held at your local main FedEx Hub. If you are willing to make the drive to FedEx to ensure the safety of your animal, we are happy to cover shipping as a thank you.
- In some cases, we will consider shipping directly to your home or workplace if weather permits.
- These shipments are subject to a flat $75 shipping and box fee.
- Someone must be present to receive the package.
- We absolutely will not ship live animals without speaking to you first.
- After purchase, please send us a message with the animal’s ID code, your zip code, and your availability so we can check weather conditions and schedule the safest shipping day.
- If you don’t reach out first, we will contact you to finalize a shipping date.
- Shipping is always via FedEx Overnight.
- Preferred shipping days:
- Monday for Tuesday delivery
- Tuesday for Wednesday delivery
- Wednesday for Thursday delivery
- Monday for Tuesday delivery
- Thursday for Friday delivery may be available for hub pickup depending on weather and location. Please confirm with us first if Friday is your only option.
- FedEx Overnight does not operate at normal capacity on weekends, so Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
- Same-day shipping is sometimes possible, but because our closest main FedEx hub is a 3-hour drive, arrangements must be made no later than 9:30 AM EST.
- FedEx will hold animals at your local hub in a climate-controlled office until you are able to pick them up, often as late as 8–9 PM.
- This option avoids long truck rides in extreme temperatures, allowing us to safely ship in hotter or colder conditions than would be safe for door-to-door delivery.
- Many of our customers choose hub pickup so they can grab their animal on a lunch break or after work. We are happy to look up your main hub—just send us your zip code.
- If you request hub pickup but fail to pick up your animal and it must be shipped back, there will be absolutely no refund of any kind.
SHIPPING & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
I guarantee all animals will arrive alive and healthy… As long as the following basic expectations are met: • If shipping to a FedEx hub, animals must be picked up within 4 hours of the hub opening.
• If you’re planning to pick up later in the day (like after work), just let me know ahead of time when arranging shipping. I’ll make sure the pack job is adjusted so the animal stays safe sitting at the hub all day and will often extend the live arrival guarantee to fit your schedule as long as we can pack accordingly knowing it will be sitting at the hub all day.
• If shipping to your door, the animal must be signed for and received on the FIRST delivery attempt and the package must be delivered on time.
Any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup. After that point, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the animal. I stand behind every animal that leaves my care, but I can’t be responsible for what happens once they’re in someone else’s hands. That includes improper husbandry, unsafe housing, or delays in reporting a problem.
⸻ IF YOU RECEIVE A D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) It is your responsibility to contact me immediately and provide photo proof of the animal. If your phone is dead, camera isn’t working, etc.—you must still reach out within 30 minutes of arrival to preserve your guarantee. If an acceptable replacement animal is not available, I will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
⸻ HOME DELIVERY CUSTOMERS – PLEASE READ Home delivery comes with risk, and FedEx has changed. Ever since COVID, FedEx home delivery has been way less reliable. Packages show up late, get marked as “couldn’t deliver,” or are delivered to the wrong address entirely. Because of this, I’ve had to tighten my live arrival guarantee for home delivery: The live arrival guarantee is VOID on home delivery if:
• FedEx delivers late
• FedEx delivers to the wrong address
• Delivery is attempted but no one is present and it goes back on the truck
• You don’t contact me within 30 minutes of FedEx marking it delivered
• You ask to ship in unsafe weather conditions (below 50°F or above 90°F)
If you still want the animal shipped to your door, that’s fine, but:
• Shipping is $75 for home delivery or delivery to your job
• Someone MUST be present to receive and sign for the box
• I absolutely will not ship to your door in unsafe temps
• If temps aren’t safe, we’ll wait—or you can choose hub pickup, which is safer and comes with the full live arrival guarantee
⸻ HUB PICKUP CUSTOMERS – STRONGLY RECOMMENDED Shipping to a FedEx Ship Center (hub) is the safest way to receive your animal. It’s free, reliable, and your animal isn’t riding around all day on a truck exposed to the elements. Here’s what to expect:
• FREE SHIPPING when held at a hub! If you are willing to make the drive to your hub to minimize stress and risk... I am willing to cover the shipping as a thank you!
• Animals are held in climate-controlled offices
• Full live arrival guarantee is honored—even if FedEx is late
• Most hubs open around 8–9 AM, and your package will be ready early You MUST pick up within 4 hours of opening. If you can’t make it until after work, just let me know ahead of time—we’ll pack the box accordingly with a bigger container or adjusted heat pack load to make sure it stays safe until you arrive.
⸻ HOW TO FIND YOUR NEAREST HUB When I say “hub,” I’m talking about a real FedEx Ship Center, not a Walgreens or a print shop. Here’s how to find the right one:
1. Go to www.fedex.com/locate
2. Type in your zip code
3. Filter by “Shipping Assistance”
4. Look for locations labeled FedEx Ship Center
• They usually open early (around 8 AM) • Make sure they handle Express packages Still not sure? Just send me your zip code and I’ll find the best option near you.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (EXPORT)
Yes, I do ship internationally—but only if you already have a U.S.-based broker lined up to handle the export process. I do not ship animals directly outside the country myself.
⸻ HOW IT WORKS
• You place an order with me
• I ship your animals to your U.S.-based broker
• Your broker handles the export paperwork and international shipping
• Once your animals arrive safely at your broker, my responsibility ends
⸻ LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE ON EXPORTS
My live arrival and health guarantee only applies to delivery to your broker in the U.S. Once your broker receives the animals, I am no longer responsible for what happens next, including:
• Shipping delays
• Illness or injury
• Death during international transit
• How the broker houses, repacks, or handles your animals You hired the broker. I didn’t. That means you deal with the broker if there are any issues after they’ve received the animals.
⸻ HOW LONG I’LL HOLD YOUR ANIMALS WHILE CITIES PAPERS ARE TAKEN CARE OF
• Orders $1,000–$1,999: Held up to 45 days
• Orders $2,000 and up: Held up to 90 days
If your broker needs more time, boarding fees apply:
• Months 4–6: $50 per animal, per month
• After 6 months: $100 per animal, per month
• After 12 months: The animal will be relisted, and all money paid is forfeited I’m a breeder, not a long-term boarding service—and unfortunately I’ve had too many people ghost or stall endlessly while waiting on their broker. Please be sure your broker is experienced with exporting reptiles (especially ball pythons) and can follow through in a reasonable timeframe. ⸻ If you’ve got a solid broker in place and a plan, I’m happy to work with you and make the process smooth. But if things get drawn out, those timelines and fees will apply—no exceptions.
PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE
Sexing GuaranteeEvery animal is sexed to the best of my ability before being listed for sale. If you receive a snake that is incorrectly sexed:
Note: Sexing on geckos, bearded dragons, and other lizard species is not guaranteed unless the animal is mature and clearly developed. Any listed sex on these animals should be considered our best estimate at the time of sale.
- A return shipping label will be provided.
- Once the animal arrives back at my facility alive and healthy and is confirmed to be the wrong sex, a replacement of equal value will be sent at my cost.
- If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Note: Sexing on geckos, bearded dragons, and other lizard species is not guaranteed unless the animal is mature and clearly developed. Any listed sex on these animals should be considered our best estimate at the time of sale.
Genetics Policy
Recessive & Shed-Tested Genetics
CoDom / Dom Traits
- Recessive genetics from visual-to-visual pairings are always 100% guaranteed.
- Shed testing is performed by reputable labs such as RGI and is over 99% accurate, but no test is perfect and there is always a very small chance of error.
- Shed-tested hets are not sold as guaranteed hets from visual parents.
- Pricing reflects this: shed-tested hets are typically less expensive than guaranteed hets, but more than possible hets.
- By purchasing a shed-tested het, you acknowledge and accept the very small risk of error.
- Cash refunds are not issued for shed-tested hets that do not prove out. Store credit may be considered at our discretion.
- We strongly recommend testing the first shed of any animal purchased as a het to confirm results.
- Getting the same result twice provides near certainty in the data and allows us to correct any error quickly with a comparable animal—saving you time, energy, and future breeding seasons.
CoDom / Dom Traits
- Identifying codom genes can be tricky, especially as multiple traits are stacked together.
- We always try our best to honestly ID codom traits and usually err on the side of caution by labeling animals as “possible” or “probable” when unsure.
- Mistakes can happen—we are only human—so we cannot 100% guarantee codom/dom traits.
- Clutch records are posted on our website for every baby we sell.
- Please review the pairing if you are banking on a particular gene being present or absent in an animal we have listed.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment Plans
We truly want payment plans to succeed and never want to take animals back. Please think carefully before starting a plan and only commit if you are confident you can follow through. Customers who stay in touch and make consistent payments will always find us willing to work with them.
- Eligibility: Available on animals priced $500 and up.
- Deposit: 25% down payment required to hold the animal(s).
- Timeframe:
- Orders under $1,000 must be paid in full within 30 days.
- Orders over $1,000 must be paid in full within 60 days.
- Orders under $1,000 must be paid in full within 30 days.
- Finality: All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please be certain you can complete your plan before placing a deposit.
- Payment plans are always case by case. Do not hesitate to reach out with your situation—we are willing to work with people within reason.
- Customers who keep in contact and make regular payments, even small ones, show us they are committed. We are far more understanding if unexpected issues arise when there is clear communication and consistent effort.
- Customers who place a deposit and disappear until the deadline will not receive the same flexibility.
- Animals purchased through a payment plan will not ship until the balance is paid in full.
- Failure to meet the agreed-upon schedule will result in forfeiture of all payments. No refunds will be given.
- Payments cannot be transferred to other animals.
- Payment plans on groups of animals require 50% down as a gesture of good faith.
- Group plans are “all or none.” Once a deposit is placed and the animals are off the market, you cannot back out of part of the order and expect to keep the rest.
- If the full balance is not paid within the agreed timeframe, all payments and deposits will be forfeited and noneof the animals will be considered paid in full.

Haggling and Invoice Etiquette
Offers, Discounts, and Invoices
We understand that haggling or making offers will not always lead to closing a deal. However, if we work out a deal that requires a payment plan or a discounted price, and at your request I take the time to go to the office, sit down at the computer, and type up an invoice or provide payment instructions, I expect follow-through. If you ghost us after an invoice is sent, you will be blocked and declined from future sales.
My time is better spent caring for the animals than sitting at the computer typing up make-believe invoices with no follow-through. Please respect that time by only requesting an invoice if you are ready to complete the purchase.

Haggling and Offers
I set my prices based on what I believe is fair compared to market value, and often my listings are already on the lower side of what I see others charging for the same or similar animals. I will not haggle with myself just because you send an email asking “how cheap will you go” or “what’s the lowest you’ll take.”
If you have a reasonable offer, don’t hesitate to make it—I’m always willing to consider. But be mindful that sometimes it really does hurt to ask. Offers that are unreasonably low or disrespectfully worded may result in being blocked from future transactions. Within reason, though, a simple “no thanks” or a counter offer as my response will do. I match respect with respect, and I simply do not have time to deal with disrespect and just won’t.
Please also keep in mind that most list prices already include the cost of shipping. The price you see is not just for the animal, but also covers the actual shipping, as well as the time, gas, and materials that go into getting your animal to you safely.

TRADES
Trades and Partial Trades
- Trades or partial trades may be considered on a case by case basis. Feel free to make an offer—the worst I can say is no or make a counter offer.
- Please keep in mind we only accept trades for animals we intend to keep, raise, and breed ourselves. Offers outside of that scope will not be considered.
- If a trade is agreed upon, the buyer must ship their animal(s) first.
- Once the animal(s) arrive safely and are inspected to confirm they are healthy and as described, we will then ship the animal(s) being traded from our collection.
- Just like with cash sales, it is not expected for us to ship before receiving payment in full. The same applies to trades—we will not assume the risk of sending animals out before receiving the agreed-upon trade animals.
Refusal To Ship
Shipping Refusals and Extended HoldsWe cannot hold orders indefinitely. If we agree to hold an order until a certain date and that date arrives with safe shipping conditions, we cannot continue to hold the order simply because you refuse to provide a shipping address or confirm a date. This applies to both domestic and export orders.
At the end of the day, we are not a boarding facility. We are in the business of selling and shipping animals safely to their new homes.
- Domestic Orders: If we hold an animal until an agreed ship date and you refuse shipment, the order is considered forfeit. All payments made will be forfeited with no refunds or credits.
- Export Orders: We will hold animals for up to 90 days at no cost. After that period, boarding fees of $100 per animal, per month will apply until your broker arranges shipment. The maximum hold period for exports is one year. After one year, all payments are forfeited and the animal will be relisted.
