ATTENTION:
We try our best to respond to every email immediately if not within the hour but it's simply not always possible if we are busy. However, we respond to ALL emails within 12 hours. Short of being asleep at night or in the middle of tending to the animals we are able to answer emails quickly. If you send us an inquiry and do not get a response within 12 hours we either did not receive your email or we received it and responded and you did not receive our response. Please check your spam box before following up.
Over the past few years we have had a hand full of people follow up saying they sent an email to us we did not get or saying they did not receive a response and we had to go into our sent folder and forward our response to them from the initial email. While this is an issue that does not seem to happen often if one email is lost and a customer feels they were ignored that is to many times for it to happen! Technology is great but sometimes it does not work as it should so we wanted to put this disclaimer up. We never ignore inquiries or questions so if you do not receive an email please follow up as an error occurred.

If you have questions about a specific animal (or animals) feel free to include the ID codes and we can go ahead and take a look at the feedcard/animal and already have an answer for you when we call back.
