ATTENTION:
We try our best to respond to every email immediately if not within the hour but it's simply not always possible if we are busy. However, we respond to ALL emails within 12 hours. Short of being asleep at night or in the middle of tending to the animals we are able to answer emails quickly. Over the past few years we have had a hand full of people follow up saying they sent an email to us we did not get or saying they did not receive a response and we had to go into our sent folder and forward our response to them from the initial email. While this is an issue that does not seem to happen often if one email is lost and a customer feels they were ignored that is to many times for it to happen! Technology is great but sometimes it does not work as it should so we wanted to put this disclaimer up. We never ignore inquiries or questions so if you do not receive an email please follow up as an error occurred.

CALLING
This phone no longer rings because despite putting calling hours it is a cell phone number and was ringing all through the night and if I forgot to cut the ringer off it would wake us up with calls ranging from 2-5am regularly with questions. Unfortunately it became more trouble than it was worth having a phone that rang. The number is open for texting and we are always happy to give customers a call if they text or email for us to do so at our convenience. Thanks for understanding.
