this boy is thriving and eating great but he was born microscopic compared to a normal ball python and was so small we had to start him out on little pinky mice vs a normal size ball python that starts out on hopper mice for a few meals before being on small adult mice quickly. It took a long time and a lot of tiny pinky mice to get him up to the size of a normal ball python hatchling and we have sat on him for awhile to let him catch up on size. I attached a pic of him out of the egg compared to his "normal sized" siblings.
