Terms & Policies for Crested Geckos
Shipping
• Crested Geckos must be shipped to and picked up at your nearest main FedEx Ship Center.
• We do not ship to homes or residential addresses.
Appearance
• Crested Geckos may appear very different depending on whether they are “fired up” or “fired down.”
• Photos show the animal at the time the picture was taken.
• While we do our best to represent each gecko accurately, we are not responsible if the appearance changes between photo and delivery.
• You will always receive the exact animal pictured.
Tail Drops
• If an animal has its tail at the time of shipping, it will be packed with care.
• However, there is no guarantee the gecko will not drop its tail before or during shipping.
• Tail drops are a natural defense mechanism, cause no harm to the gecko, and do not affect its health or ability to thrive.
• Because this is a cosmetic occurrence, refunds will not be issued for tail loss.
Sexing
• We make every effort to determine the sex of animals as early and accurately as possible.
• If an animal is listed as “probable male” or “probable female”, sex is not guaranteed.
• These labels reflect our best assessment based on current size and development, and while we are confident in our evaluations, there is always a margin of error at younger ages.
