ATTENTION:  EXTREME WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE
In order to safely ship your animal WITH live arrival guarantee we ask that you have your orders held at your local fedex ship center for you to pick up at your convenience during their business hours (usually around 9am-7-9pm) if the night time low is below 45 OR daytime high is 90 or above .  This is much safer on the animal because instead of getting put on a cold or hot truck to ride around exposed to the elements until delivered to your door the animal will sit in a climate controlled office safe and sound waiting for you to pick up at your convenience.  If you are unsure of your main hubs location feel free to shoot us your zip code and we will look up any main hub locations near you to see if they are convenient.
